and issue details. Screenshots are very helpful.
Email should include:
- App name and app version.
- Device model and OS version.
- A short description of what happened and when it happened.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if available.
Response time
We usually respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
Complex technical issues may require additional investigation time.
- Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (GMT+7).
- Requests sent on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Billing or account access issues are prioritized for faster handling.
