How to contact us

Send us a short message with your app name, device model, and issue details. Screenshots are very helpful.

Email should include:

  • App name and app version.
  • Device model and OS version.
  • A short description of what happened and when it happened.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if available.

Response time

We usually respond within 24–48 hours on business days. Complex technical issues may require additional investigation time.

  • Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (GMT+7).
  • Requests sent on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Billing or account access issues are prioritized for faster handling.
  • If your issue needs engineering review, we will send progress updates by email.
